FREE CLINICAL BREAST CANCER EXAMINATIONS AVAILABLE TO BERGEN AND PASSAIC COUNTY RESIDENTS AS PART OF NATIONAL BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

Free clinical breast cancer examinations and related educational programs will be available this month for all women in Bergen and Passaic counties through the efforts of the health centers of North Hudson Community Action Corporation.

To highlight October as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, free clinical breast cancer examinations will be available at:

• Garfield Health Center, 535 Midland Ave., on October 26 from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
• Passaic Health Center, 110 Main Ave. in Passaic, on October 26 from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
• Passaic Health Center, 8th Street in Passaic, on October 28 from 9 a.m. to noon.
• Hackensack Health Center, 25 East Salem Street, on October 30 from 9 a.m. to noon.
  

Free educational programs showing how to perform self-breast examinations and information on related health issues will be available at all sites on all days.
